Step into one of the most fascinating and overlooked chapters in Buffalo history with a brand-new haunted historical walking tour through the Old First Ward led by Mason Winfield — Western New York’s original paranormalist, author, folklorist, and founder of Haunted History Ghost Walks, Inc.
Commemorating the 160th Anniversary of the Fenian Invasion of 1866, this immersive evening tour explores the Irish neighborhoods, taverns, secret gatherings, political tensions, and strange legends connected to the men who once gathered in Buffalo preparing for revolution across the Canadian border.
Led by Mason Winfield himself, guests will journey through the shadowy streets of the Old First Ward hearing stories of rebellion, underground movements, ghostly encounters, waterfront mysteries, and the lingering energy of one of Buffalo’s most spirited historic districts.
