Storytelling is humanity's oldest art, and the Summer Solstice is the perfect time to celebrate it beneath the trees and open skies of Griffis Sculpture Park.

Join award-winning author, folklorist, and paranormal researcher Mason Winfield for a relaxed evening walk through the forests and fields of Griffis Sculpture Park as we explore the supernatural traditions of Western New York and the legends of the Six Nations people.

The evening begins with an introduction to Native folklore and the mysterious beings often known as the Little People—small, elusive figures said to inhabit the hills, valleys, and wooded places of the region. Along the way, Mason will share traditional stories, local legends, and modern-day accounts from witnesses who believe these ancient mysteries are still very much alive.

From ghosts, witches, and shape-shifters to strange lights, curses, and encounters that defy explanation, you'll discover a side of Western New York rarely…
